Meet the BCM Scotland Team

BCM workers come from many different churches but are united in believing that the children of Scotland need to hear and learn God’s word.

BCM is a world wide ministry. We also work with other organisations who have similar goals.

Stanley and Irene Paget have worked with BCM since 1972, running Bible Clubs for teenagers and children, directing camps, directing the youth ministries in Clyde Valley and leading teacher training sessions. Stanley is involved in developing PowerPoint visuals and is a member of two BCM Trusts.  Irene is a leader at the Scottish Women’s weekends and several Bible Clubs.  Both serve in their local church.

Mary Barclay joined BCM in 1979 and works predominantly with adults. She teaches Inductive Bible Studies, speaks and sings at women’s meetings, and exercises a prayer and counselling ministry.

Audrey Golder began work with BCM in 2003.  She is an experienced school teacher who has taught in Scotland and abroad. She is involved with her local church in children’s and youth ministries.

Fiona Blyth joined BCM as a full-time worker in 2007, having spent many years working as a volunteer in BCM Clubs, camps and on a local committee.

Steve and Liz Marr began work with BCM in 1992.  Steve has developed a thriving schools ministry while leading several children’s clubs. In 2009 he became the part-time minister of Muirhead United Free Church but has also continued to work with BCM. Liz is a full-time pharmacist and also works with BCM, helping to run clubs, rallies and camps.  She serves on the BCM Anchor Trust. Both are involved in directing youth work in their home church.
